Transocean's semi-submersible unit Henry Goodrich has resumed drilling at the Terra Nova field for operator Petro-Canada. The semisub had to anchor near the field for some time because heavy ice conditions made the work unsafe, a CBC report said.
The semi-submersible Grand Banks, which had been moored off Mortier Bay in southern Newfoundland, is now at work on the White Rose field, CBC said.
Work continued at the three platforms on the Grand Banks during the icy conditions.
